Terms of Service

Visionary is an AI-powered tool that suggests business, side-hustle and career opportunities based on what you tell it, and helps you plan how to start one. Visionary is operated by Ryder Richardson, based in Colorado, USA (“we”, “us”).

Reports, plans, launch kits, market checks and coach emails are generated by artificial intelligence. They can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. They are ideas and starting points, not financial, legal, tax, investment or professional advice, and no result or income is guaranteed.

You are responsible for your own decisions. Check facts, follow the laws and licensing rules where you live, and validate ideas with real customers before spending money.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Visionary. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission.
• Give accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You can stop using Visionary and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@thevisionary.app.

• Visionary Pro costs $12 per month or $79 per year (plus any applicable taxes). Current prices are always shown on the pricing page before you buy.
• New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts and your payment method is charged automatically.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method each period.
• You can cancel anytime from your account (tap your profile picture, then Manage account → Billing) or by emailing support@thevisionary.app. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you've paid for. See Cancellation & Refunds.
• If we change the price, we'll tell you in advance, and the new price applies from your next billing period.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe through our account provider, Clerk. We never see or store your full card number.

Please don't:

• use Visionary for anything illegal, harmful or fraudulent;
• try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or get around its limits or paywall;
• share your account or resell access to Visionary;
• enter other people's private information without their permission.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

You own the information you give Visionary and the plans, names, messages and websites it generates for you. You can use them however you like, including commercially. You give us permission to process your information only to run and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Visionary's name, logo, site design and software belong to us. AI-generated business names aren't checked for trademarks, so check availability before you use one.

We work to keep Visionary running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, and features may change. We may update these terms; if we make significant changes, we'll update the date above and, for Pro members, let you know by email. Continuing to use Visionary after changes means you accept them.

Visionary is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or business losses from acting on suggestions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
